Today, 23 March, marks the National Day of Reflection, the first anniversary of the first UK lockdown. We reflect on our loss, support those who have been bereaved, and hope for a brighter future.
We hope you will join the one-minute silence at 12noon and we encourage you to shine a light at 8pm. Stand outside with a light, torch, even your phone to remember someone who has died and show your support to people going through a bereavement. Today gives us all time to pause and think about this unprecedented loss and to support each other now and in the years to come.
