Bitton House Car Park Permits

Within the Bitton House Campus there are three, small pay & display carparks (shown on the map below in red), primarily they serve the many users and visitors to Bitton House, as well as ourselves and our tenants together with: – The Orangery, The Bowling Club and the community groups that have huts in the lower car park.

However, following a six-month full review of the existing scheme, and in line with the council’s objective of making identified spare capacity publicly available. At our request the operator of the scheme Devon County Council have just release some additional yearly permits on a first come first served basis:

Day-time           08.00 – 18.00                          at £350.00

Night-time       18.00 – 08.00                          at £250.00

The permits work in all three car parks on a “first come first served” basis.

As agreed in the recent review, we have instigated plans to create a combined permit of the above (all-day) which will be released at £520 once the traffic order has been amended (this should be no later than early 2024)

Holders of both a day-time and night-time permit will be given first refusal on the new combined all-day version at renewal saving £80.
